After carefully vetting the candidate and seeing that they’re not only right for the position, but for the company culture as well, we’ll submit a complete profile for review to your hiring team.

We keep in touch after the role has been filled to confirm that it’s the right fit for your company and monitor their progress along the way. If there are any issues, we’ll address them immediately.

If you decide that it’s not the right fit, we can arrange for a replacement, so you don’t have to deal with any downtime or a halt in operations.
